On my second day in Barcelona, I went to its beautifully warm beach and enjoyed my first swim in the Mediterranean. At the end of the beach is a touring sale structure which forms the W hotel from the top of the W hotel. I was able to see the entire Marina Beach and Hills which surround Barcelona and paid special attention to Gaudí’s unique cathedral - Sagrada Família, which acts as the spiritual hub of the city.
